Planning Center Online

Planning Center (PCO) is the online system of tools that we use to manage our church - everything from groups, to volunteers, to events, to giving.

Each video in this series has chapter markers so that you can jump around in the video to what’s most relevant to you.

The NAS

We use a cloud drive tool for our computers and mobile devices that lets anyone use, download, and share files within the entire church organization. It’s called the “NAS.” To gain access, you’ll receive an email invite. Then simply follow the installation guide here.

Fyle

Fyle is the online tool we use to keep track of our church credit card expenses, to upload our receipts, and to submit our expense report once per month.

In this video, we’re going to explain how Fyle works on the web and the app. There are chapter markers so you can skip to exactly the part of the video you need.

Goco

GoCo is our online HR system - where you can find all your employment information, your employment documents, request time off, and fill out your job review forms.
