As an ever-growing church with programs on many nights a week, the Arrowhead Morristown facility requires a steady stream of preparation and cleanup. Minor repairs are often done in house or by a team of volunteers, but we are looking for a facility director to take the lead on these projects and to serve as a point person when outside contractors are required, so that our team of pastors and directors have more time free to minister to people. Some of the tasks associated with this role are:

• Maintain an accurate facility calendar.

• Set up and tear down of tables and chairs for weekly and seasonal ministry events.

• Light maintenance including repairs, touch up painting, and organization of spaces.

• Point of contact for plumbing, HVAC, and other outside contractors.

This position could be flexible in regard to number of hours, ranging from either 15-40 hours per week and depending on willingness to engage other responsibilities not listed above, so feel free to apply and let’s talk!
