If you’ve given to Arrowhead Church with an online donation in the last few years, you’ve given with a platform called Subsplash. In 2023, our church is switching online donation platforms from Subsplash to Planning Center.

You’re probably aware that every time you give online, a small fraction of it goes to a payment processor - money that Arrowhead Church never sees. Our finance team is always searching for ways to reduce these fees and over time, it’s become clear that switching from Subsplash to Planning Center would save us thousands of dollars in those annual fees and reduce our administrative load. Right now, on average, about 2.4% of online donations go to a financial institution. After this switch, those fees will decrease to about 1.6% (on average). In other words, more of your donation will go directly to ministry at Arrowhead than ever before.

The good news is that you already have a Planning Center account! Our church has used Planning Center for years to manage our groups, volunteers, event registration, and even giving statements. Whether you give with the website or app, those links have already switched over. It’ll walk you through the simple setup upon your first time giving with Planning Center.

If you have recurring giving setup, you’ll need to cancel it on Subsplash and renew it on Planning Center. There are instructions below to help you make this transition. Our goal is to transition everyone to Planning Center by May 1, 2023.
